From Oakland/East Bay, use the San Francisco Bay Bridge (US-80 West). Once over the bridge, exit at Fremont St Exit, which exits off the freeway from the right lane. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for Fremont St. Turn left on Fremont St. and then take the first right onto Howard St. Turn left on Embarcadero, follow the Embarcadero until North Point Bear left onto North Point, proceed for one block.
Turn right on Stockton Street, proceed for one block Turn right on Beach Street - One Beach will be on the right side of the street.
From Marin/North Bay, take the Golden Gate Bridge (US-101 South). Continue as US-101 turns into Lombard Street. Stay on Lombard for many blocks Turn left on to Van Ness Street
Turn right on North Point, continue on North Point for 9 blocks Turn left on Stockton Street, proceed for one block Turn right on Beach Street - One Beach will be on the right side of the street
From San Francisco Airport or Peninsula, the main freeway is US-101. If you are traveling North on US-280, this will merge with US-101 just south of San Francisco. Take the US-101 North exit toward Bay Bridge/Civic Center. US-101 will bring you into San Francisco. Take the 4th Street Exit, this is the last exit before you cross the Bay Bridge into Oakland
Take a slight left onto Bryant St at the bottom of the ramp, following signs to The Embarcadero Turn left onto The Embarcadero Turn left on North Point, follow North Point for 1 block Turn right on Stockton Street, proceed for one block

Paid parking is available at the Pier 39 garage, across from the entrance to the Aquarium. There are also paid parking lots available within a walking distance of the University and a very limited number of all-day and two-hour street parking. Those with handicapped plates or placards can park on the street and in metered spaces with no restrictions. The closest metered parking spaces are on Grant Street (just east of the building entrance), between Beach Street and North Point. There is one designated handicapped parking space on North Point at Grant Street.
A group of 10 or more people wanting to book together can get a discount by calling the hotel and asking for sales. Parking costs extra at most hotels ($36-$41 per day).
Hotels will have taxes of approximately 17% added to the bill.
